Please be advised: The Trust Fund Office (TFO) has updated its HIPAA Privacy Practices Notice. Please click on the "HIPAA Privacy Practices" link at the bottom of your page to read this notice in its entirety.

Important: Blue Shield of California Claims Issues That May Affect You: Due to technical difficulties, Blue Shield of California recently experienced a large backlog of pending claims for UEBT and UFCW Northern California and Drug Employers Health and Welfare Trust Fund Blue Shield members. As a result, providers associated with these claims did not receive payment from Blue Shield on time. You may have been contacted by your provider and/or a collection agency asking you to pay the overdue balance. Please note, Blue Shield is in the process of making sure all outstanding claims are paid to providers. Click here for more information.

Kaiser Permanente Billing: Click here for information on how to request to be billed when going to a Kaiser Permanente Physician.
